At the Middle of Italy, in the fantastic Umbria’ soils, our quarrymen wake up at early morning. There, between the hills that had made our Italian truffle famous, they spend the first hours of the morning, hunting truffles. Thanks to their experience, inherited from generation to generation, and the help of the best dogs, the quarrymen find in the soil one of the best products that the nature offers us. Every day the best truffles are carefully selected and they end up on the most prestigious dining tables, all over the world.
